Oral Roberts wins 73-72 as Larson could not make a driving layup at the buzzer. The Coyotes really got screwed on a call at the end when they were up 1. It was what I thought was an obvious offensive foul but Oral Roberts got the call and made 2 free throws.
This is not good. 4-5 in the conference and 1-3 at home.

We could have made more plays to win this one, but we shouldn't have had to. The refs absolutely took this into their own hands down the stretch. Calling Robertson for a block when he was as planted as a tree and not giving Larson free throws to end the game with all the contact is a joke. Simply a joke. Get those guys back down to the pee wee leagues.

The best team always wins, but that was pathetic officiating in the final seconds.

Tough loss to swallow, but I'm happy we were at least competitive in this one. We haven't been able to say that lately. Poor free throw shooting took us out of this game more than poor officiating. Hopefully things are turning around at the right time. It's all about getting hot and coming together as a team at the right time in the Summit. This Coyotes team has the right guys and the right coaching staff to do it. Going to get exciting down the stretch here.

We missed opportunities at the line, and ORU made tough shots and battled hard on the road, they deserved the win. And the officiating in the final seconds was terrible! Those are all facts.

We gotta be better from the foul line.
