PREDICTED WINNER: NDSU
SPREAD: -9
OVER/UNDER: 59
MYTHICAL SCORE: NDSU 34 SHSU 25
SUGGESTED ACTION: Take the Bison to cover and again for fun take the over.
The BearKats come into the Fabulous Fargo Dome a truly rough and tumble football team. Yesterdays battle with Kennesaw State was a 60 minute bruiser. They also know how to win as we learned last night. They have a score to settle in Fargo. A little history shows us one of the greatest games of all time when Rhett Bohmar (sp) led the Kats into the Fabulous Fargo Dome only to lose a heart-breaking physical yet wide-open battle. That was a long time ago and IF I remember correctly, they lost to a Steve Walker last play TD pass. Since then they have lost twice to The Bison in Frisco.
The Bison are rock-solid. The record is there for all to see. They are stingy and uhugly physical on defense. Easton Stick is maturing into a fabulous Junior QB with a field of receivers and running backs that seemingly never drop a ball. At the same time he is a dangerous running back the equal of any on the field. They are strong at all positions. Depth has been tested. A successful next-man-up has allowed the team to stay successful through some trying injuries.
REALATIVE STRENGTH INDEX:
The performance ratios don't look good for the Kats either. It's unlikely they will achieve their statistical profile against the Bison on either side of the ball.
I'm taking the over because it's very likely the Bison will get every one of their 34 and more. The Kats on the other hand are good. They just need enough to push it over. I think they can. This could be a great game. I wouldn't be suprised to see NDSU 41 SHSU 18

REALATIVE STRENGTH INDEX:
For every point the Bison score they only allow .31 in return. The game could be called Bison 1 SHSU .31. The Bison are controlling games and opponents.
This doesn't look anywhere near as good when you run the BearKat ratio. Its 0.64. It's SHSU 1 NDSU .64. The Kats just try to score last.
