The bunny nutrition and conditioning staff is absolutely horrible to allow players to be cramping this late in the season...

And ANOTHER TC pick! Stig has to pull him... if nothing else to save him the humiliation. Kid has to play another year... without two all Americans to throw to.

Some of you that are not banned from the bunny board will have to keep us posted--should be fun! Certainly a very disappointing end to their season and loosing their possible 2 NFL draft picks...

Taryn Christian truly is the REAL MVP. I believe he had more interceptions in this game than Streveler did all year.
That was one of the worst performances I have ever seen in college football let alone in the playoffs. Didn't even deserve to be on the same field as JMU. Christian will look real bad next year without 2 NFL prospects to lob balls to who bailed him out the last 3 years.

Waiting for the Kickoff here. Reviewing some football news after finishing work and NDSU has lost Tye Brooks and its 2 starting corners for the championship game! If there is any team in the league that has suffered injuries and survived to compete it's NDSU but those corner inuries might make them volunrable to SDSUs passing game. Im really not sure what JMU has but I know its a balanced attack so any weakness I perceive would be there for JMU too. Its 46 and sunny in Harrisburg with a 14 mile an hour wind out of the south, southwest. The field is oriented a bit to the nw-se so the wind will almost be in their faces headed south. Could have an affect. I would have confidence NDSU has some depth. USD lost its top 4 returning corners this season and still only lost to SDSU by 3. (One corner did not return to the team for academic reasons and the other three were suspended mid season). Our replacements struggled at time but we still had an opportunity to win every game we played with the exception of the one in Fargo. Moral victories are no longer allowed at USD I thought, or maybe that is not the case.

This was huge for USD to have the Jacks get pounded like this on a national stage. It helps USD save just a little face this year. It helps USD just a little more in recruiting because if the Jacks make the title game it just makes the battle all the more difficult and gives them another two weeks of media attention. This also allows USD to hang onto the one significant thing that the football program has over the Jacks. The Coyotes made a national title game and the Jacks still haven't.
I know some people will argue this one but when it comes to the playoffs the Jacks are actually still a bit of a fraud yet and because of today's lopsided loss which was to the only good team they played in post season they still aren't a true national title contender. To my recollection they don't have one real post season signature win and they don't play nearly as well in post season on the road as they do in the regular season. The only road playoff win that comes to mind is when they beat N Arizona a few years back in the first round. I could be missing one but they have had some real disappointment out in Montana I know.
The Jacks are really good in the post season beating teams they should beat at home by big margins but once they actually play someone good they kind of curdle up like a turtle.

So of course the Jacks board is having a melt down right now, but ya know what, they should be having a melt down. I wish this board would go in melt down mode every now and then. If I were a Jacks fans I wouldn't want to read how everything will be ok for a couple of days. This is the time to let off steam for them, not to hold it in and pretend the game never happened. Tonight is the night to question things etc. They have all off season to be reasonable and to look back at the good year they had. When fans blow off steam after their team losses a big game it means they care.
