Not a fan, there are already a ton of transfers and shuffling of teams and this would only compound that problem.

Have a great season and the next year you end up on an FBS roster. We've seen this movie before.
This could really hurt programs in the MVFC as I could see P5 schools trolling for top performers in the conference with 2 or 3 years of eligibility left. The Freshman All-America team will serve as nothing more than a recruiting list service. Oh, they would never "recruit" players from another school. No way. There is nothing shady that ever goes on in P5 recruiting.
