Looks like SDSU is a 6-seed playing Quinnipiac @ Syracuse, NY
Looks like USD is an 8-seed(crap) playing Clemson @ Mississippi State.

Saw that, that kind of sucks that we found out like that. Kind of kills the excitement for the watch party. Somebody is getting fired at ESPN, that is terrible. I sure wish we could have avoided the 8 or 9 seed, but oh well. It's good to be in.

Well the NCAA just moved up the release of the bracket to 5PM Eastern time. There go the watch parties.

Gotta say I liked Charlie Creme's hypothetical 7 seed against K-State with Stanford lurking than I do the actual 8 with Mississippi State ... but oh well.

Not the first Summit at-large team. Northern Illinois did it in 1994.
Edit: The League was called the Mid-Continent at the time.

I've got a suggestion ," you leak it...you're fired" This is the best way to "ensure" it doesn't happen in the future!

Really like our odds against Clemson. Can't help but notice Mississippi State lost to Mizzou earlier in the year.....Elite 8 matchup with sdsu confirmed.

Not the first Summit at-large team. Northern Illinois did it in 1994. Edit: The League was called the Mid-Continent at the time. You were right the first time. The Summit/Mid-Continent is considered the same league for records purposes. Just a name change, not two separate conferences.
