I didn't do the Assist/Turnover ratio plus minutes for Missouri, but they aren't good. Here are their players that get the most minutes (likely starters)
1.78 Jordan Chavis (PG I think)
0.67 Amber Smith 0.58 Ajha Blackwell (first off bench) 0.57 Hannah Schuchts 0.50 Hayley Frank 0.43 Jordan Roundtree
So all their best players shoot really well, but don't create a lot of assists to go along with similar turnover stats to USD. What does it mean when your assist numbers are low, but you still score a lot? I have no idea, but is is a major difference between our two teams.

a new ARTICLE from the Missourian newspaper previewing the game. "...Vermillion, a place where neither the Tigers nor any SEC team have ever played..." "...the Coyotes will be far from pushovers. South Dakota is one of the premier mid-major programs in the country this season, a borderline Top 25 team and likely the toughest opponent on Missouri’s nonconference schedule. .. " "if Missouri can find a way to quiet Duffy while regaining the offensive form it flashed at times during the season-opening homestand, it may have a shot at a victory that would outshine the Tigers’ early struggles..." That's honestly very high praise, considering some of the teams on Missouri's non-conference. For a Major conference team, they are really challenging themselves. Nebraska Northern Iowa Green Bay New Mexico North Carolina Missouri State Princeton

I just tweeted it out to hopefully entice more Yote fans to show up for the game. We NEED everyone there tonight to showcase to the SEC that we value women's bball at South Dakota and support our Lady Yotes!

It is really fun watching this team! They do have a lot of grit and with their experience they make good adjustments even when they can't hear the coaches. They didn't get to shooters soon enough to start the game but cleaned that up. A huge advantage obviously is that they all can score, handle the ball, make plays, etc. so even when the D is focused on Duffy it's no problem. Her 13 pts is below normal but she had 8 assists and they're all unselfish when it comes to sharing the basketball! Huge challenge with Missouri State on Monday who gave #7 Oregon State all they wanted. So come Monday pack the SCSC!! Go Yotes!!!

Some observations.
I thought we did a great job of breaking down the 1-3-1 zone. Mizzou was very long, and it can sometimes be a chore to break down a zone against that length. But first possession, no problems, no panic, just ran their offense and found the soft middle and sank a mid range jumper. They tried it a few other times, but it didn’t faze us or mess up our rhythm.
This team is tough, and battles when they know they have to bring it. Mckeever was battling gals a foot taller than her for rebounds.
Plitzuweit is damn lucky she didn’t get a T in the first. She was all over the ref, and he showed great restraint only giving her a sideline warning. I thought she made her point and needed to let it go, but she was a dog on a bone and was fortunate.
Crowd was electric. Had a blast.
