Well, my WNBA interest has once again dropped to about zero. Minnesota missed on a great player and an opportunity to really increase their fan base. Remember all those people that drove to Wichita? They were all paying attention to the Lynx for the past few weeks. Sadly not anymore.

The Lynx had an entire roster under contract already. This was going to happen and was more of an audition for the rest of the teams in the league. Hopefully a couple of them took notice.

Hannah didn't get in last night in the Lynxs' 6 pt loss in Las Vegas but hopefully will play in tomorrow's 6PM MDT game at Dallas.

Unfortunately, Hannah has been released from her hardship contract, due to the return of Natalie Achonwa from an injury. I admit to being a homer, so I don't mind saying that I hope our Coyote great gets an opportunity somewhere, and the feeble Lynx live to regret this.

There are worse places in the world to work and live than Sydney, AUS!

For perspective, the WNBL plays a 21 game season and has a salary cap of $500k per team. The minimum player salary for this coming season is $15k, and minimum roster size is ten players.

Sure...just watch out for great white and tiger sharks, cone shells, saltwater crocs, box jellyfish, blue-ringed octopus, stonefish and all the other things in the water down there that want to kill you. Not that I'm paranoid or anything.

"“She is a very tough and mobile five that will fit our style of play. Hannah plays with a high IQ and she will be a perfect fit with Keely and Kalani in the front court."
“Her ability to play out of the pick and roll in both offence and defence will make our team better. We pride ourselves on being a great defensive team and Hannah certainly helps bolster that."
