KVTK 106.3 FM, Vermillion-Yankton is the new home of Coyote radio. From a previous post:
In addition to the huge improvement in programming, there is also a much improved selection of affiliates for next year including a combination of KOOL 107.9 & Q 95.7 in Sioux Falls, KOOL 98.3 in Mitchell (a very strong FM signal) & KMNS 620-AM out of Sioux City a very strong daytime signal & they used to be & likely still are the sports radio station in Sioux City) Hopefully they can land a good affiliate in Rapid City & somewhere up north in the Watertown area.

Almost positive I remember a poster stating there is an affiliate in Rapid City now.
Edited to add: USD football being broadcast on 620 AM out of Sioux City is huge. Another poster is right, 620 is THE sports station in Sioux City and has a wide broadcast area. It is the equivalent of, but has a much larger signal than, KWSN in Sioux Falls. USD sports already does get some decent coverage on this station's afternoon talk show. Now that they are broadcasting games I would expect even more coverage to try to driver listeners to the radio for the games.

Has anyone tried to get any of the stations inside the Dome yet? It's been very frustrating for a long time to not get any of the radio call inside.

Could not pick it up online on the Vermillion station. Had to go to the Pierre KCCR online feed to get it.

I was outside much of the afternoon with a great A.M. radio in my pocket and I would have listened to the game on the radio today but couldn't pick it up (I'm in Watertown). USD has to set up a state-wide network. I have to believe that's not impossible and I wonder about the effort.
In any event, a nice win for the Yotes and the MVFC.

I listened to the post-game on 106.3 out of Yankton and thought it was pretty well done. My only disappointment was that you couldn't get an idea of how loud it was in the Dome when the highlights were replayed. There really needs to be a mic picking some of that up as it sounded like no-one was there (we had a great crowd). Hopefully this can be remedied soon.

Live Audio Football KVHT 106.3 FM (Yankton) will serve as the Coyotes’ flagship station by broadcasting all football games this fall. Fans can also catch the contests through affiliate KUQL 98.3 FM (Mitchell), KCCR 1240 AM (Pierre), KMNS 620 AM (Sioux City), KSQB 95.7 FM (Sioux Falls), KKSD 104.3 FM (Watertown), and KIMM 106.7 FM/1150 AM (Rapid City). Joe Van Goor will return as the “Voice of the Coyotes” and Rod Pattison will serve as his color man.

Slight correction: KIMN (not KIMM) is a great radio station in Rapid, serving approximately 175,000 people. I hope the Coyotes can keep it over time, unless we go to the Sturgis station that's 810 on the dial. It comes in clear everywhere in western SD.

Was in the Black Hills for the weekend for my son's soccer games & was able to catch the radio broadcast on KIMN. I enjoyed listening to JVG & the always colorful RJ. KIMN has a strong signal and I was able to pick up the signal past Kadoka when heading back to the eastern side of the state. The only criticism is that KIMN didn't broadcast either the pregame or postgame shows. But despite that it was great to be able to listen to the game.
