Wait. patience is key. We need our coaches to stay awhile and get their rucruiting classes in. I know a few on this board won't like my analogy of Notre Dame but here it goes. Brian Kelly's head has been on the chopping block from day one according to their message boards. I find it similar to the Coyotes current season. Now after 3 seasons Kelly finally has his guys(and a few of Weiss's) finally all on the same page and it is producing results. In this world of incredible srutiny, lets give this staff a few more years to pass judgement. This does not diminish the disappointment we are all experiencing right now, but it will get better. Maybe Wes could take over another aspect of coaching with the team and bring in a new offensive coordinator. Go Yotes and kick some buffalo butt !

Trent Miles at ISU is one of the most respected coaches at the FCS level. He has turned a putrid ISU team around into one that is competing in the top tier of the MVFC this year. This is his fifth season at ISU - 2010 was the first winning season for their program since 1996. I have read from posters that good coaches make immediate impact. Here have been his results: 2008 0-12 2009 1-10 2010 6-5 2011 6-5 2012 6-2 so far - loss to Indiana and SDSU - beat the Bison Link to info on Trent Miles: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trent_MilesJoe Glenn has a lot of work to do - good coach that can get this program into position to win. If Trent Miles can recruit to ISU after going 1-22 in his first 23 games - USD will be able to as well.
