Are they the same experts that said to take Darko over Melo, or Oden or Durant or even the ones that thought Austin Rivers should go over Damon Lilliard last year? How about the experts that said Hashem Thabbet was a top 5 draft pick, or that Johnny Flynn was a top 10 guy? How's Jordan Hill going? Should I keep going on how the experts are doing in terms of the draft? Now youre just spouting BS. This happens in every draft of every sport. You wouldn't need a draft if everyone knew who to take correctly every time. You are the guys talking about the "experts" so the SDSU faithful set me up for that easy slam.

12345678 you need to chill out. Kick back and watch baseball. See the Twins tonight? Whoa, whoa. I'm not high strung, I just really feel that having one event be worth double the rest isn't very fair when all sports are involved. I understand football is the most popular sport in the country, but even the Cy-Hawk trophy (who we stole this from) has football only at 50% more valuable than the other events. I did see the Twins the last three nights, seems they got swept by the Braves...up to 8 in a row, losing handily to the Tigers right now too. Have no idea how Gardenhire keeps his job.

I just don't pay much attention to these contrived trophy things. I was having a little fun with the "See the Twins tonight" comment. They're really playing terribly but did you see Caleb Thielbar's big-league debut with the Twins the other day and his second appearance yesterday? SDSU 2009! 12345678 you need to chill out. It hit me later what you were getting at. I remember during the rain delay they did a spotlight on the latest call up, otherwise I never would have known where he was from. Pretty impressive he was able to get to the big leagues after falling to the St. Paul Saints.

Many State College fans proclaiming this past season the most successful year Bunny history. All this and they only beat the Yotes, in USD's first season of full D1 eligibility, by 1 point in the Corn Cup standings. Hopefully SDSU doesn't waste too much money in building a display case for the traveling trophy as its stay in Brookings will be short.

Yotes measure success by how they do against SDSU. Jacks look at conference standings,NCAA tournament appearances,etc.... You yotes need to get over your obsession with all things SDSU and think bigger.Won't happen but at least try.

You all play this card that the USD/SDSU games are just another game on the schedule. That is total bullshit, and you know it. I can tell you for certain, if either USD or SDSU was going to win one game in any given sport in which they compete in, I damn well guaranty you would pick USD. We love beating the Jacks. We also love beating the Bison, and any other team we play, but oh hell yes, we want to beat your ass even if it is in tiddlywinks. If you don't feel the same, then you have no fricking clue how rivalries work, or what they even are. So many of the Jacks fans are lame, and keep spewing crap like this, or the other argument I love so much is...." We went D-1 first". Good for frickin you. Like goyotes said, if you only beat us by one point in this series, you damned well better be looking in the rear view mirror as we pass you up.

I think you need to call in your old buddy, Hank Kimball, because there appears to be a physical anomaly going on in your barnyard. You seem to have at least one more horse's arse than horses going on there...........

I don't have a clue when the USD football game is but I know for damn sure NDSU's game is Sept 28th. I'm also planning on coming back to South Dakota for the game. That being said, last year was the first year I've seen USD/SDSU play football. I've only been a fan since I started school in 2004 so it is what it is. I only say that because not ALL fans from SDSU truly think how you assume we do. I suppose there are always exceptions.

The Yotes and their fans have much larger goals than beating State! It's just that unlike Jacks fans, we don't lose sight of the history of the rivalry, and what it means to South Dakota. Just because we CAN defeat FBS schools, or Number 1 FCS schools, doesn't mean that we enjoy it more than kicking the Bunnies around!
