Seems to me you played through all your home games and then decided to forego the final two games both of which were on the road. Money decision? I really thought they would play this weekend wasn't sure if they would play USD since they've canceled two games before that game. I just don't like the message it sends.

That what ISU does is talk. This the same school that fired Porter Moser Had to look it up, but tell me he was successful at Illinois State, especially if they've invested as much as you imply. The path to success isn't a straight line. That's beside the point. Illinois State is a perennial player in the MVFC. To act otherwise is foolish. Since 2015 they have had one year when they were better than .500 in conference. They have State Farm headquarters right down the road with many Alumni who work there so plenty of resources.

That certainly isn't a good look. This was the team squawking about Missouri State postponing? That what ISU does is talk. This the same school that fired Porter Moser. ISU has all the facilities to be special in everything plus a lot of really good athletes that come out of that area.

Realistically if we finish the Spring season with only one win then what? If we were to part ways with the Nielsen and staff would we be shooting ourselves in the foot for the Fall (and more important) season? Yes, recruiting is finished but would there be enough time between now and Sept. to install a new staff and to have them be ready in time? I would really rather we get things turned around and it's a moot point but I'm also a realist. With the exception of Streveler's senior year this has been a losing staff. I'm afraid it might be time to cut bait and move on - just don't know if now is the time or not. Or is there ever a good time? That's kind of the argument on our board to about whether you give them the fall or not i personally think that there will be better candidates in the fall.

Time for a change. We need a complete house cleaning on coaches. Don't even let them finish the season. Coyotes had 1 good season and that was with Strev. All others sucked!!! We got another WIU coach you can have.

I am happy that ORU won. If it were SDSU I would have cheered against them regardless of any money stipulations. Somethings money just can't buy, and it can't buy me cheering for a certain team. So much for defense being the key to winning in post season. ORU wins because of their offense. They should be able to hang with the Gators. They only scored 75 in an OT so there defense was pretty good.

MBB - Minnesota and Iowa St. are both open jobs. Noticed Craig Smith is listed as a possible name for both. TJ Otzelberger also named for ISU. Sounds like TJ will be going to ISU
