Coyotes win the SD Corn Showdown series beating the bunnies 14-13! Thanks all Coyotes who made this possible! More importantly thanks to both universities for
contributing to the program which resulted in 100,000 meals being provided for needy South Dakotans!!!

Congrats to the Yotes! Looks like the staff did a nice job of cleaning up the trophy and have it ready for enshrinement in the USD facilities. Don't think the traveling trophy will be traveling much anymore ... And, of course, all for a good cause, thanks to all (even SDSU) that contributed.

The Coyotes will win the 8th annual South Dakota Corn Showdown Series vs the bunnies to tie the series at 4 each. Currently for 2019-2020 the Yotes lead the point total 11.5 to 3.5 winning 9 categories and tying 1 with the jacks only winning 3! Each school can earn 3 points for the academic year ending May 31st if their athletes have an average grade point of 3.0 or above in the season's final event.
2019-2020 was truly a dominating sports season for Coyote teams while helping a great cause--Feeding South Dakota!! Go Yotes!!!

The Yotes won the men's competition 4 - 3 and the women's competition 7.5 - .5.
USD's women won every competition against SDState with the exception being a tie in soccer. In other words, the SDState women didn't have a single win against USD.

Good thing for the Jacks they view NDSU, not USD, as their primary rival, or they'd REALLY be humiliated!

Coyotes win the SD Corn Showdown series vs the Jacks for 2019-2020 in dominating fashion 14.5 points to 6.5!! Both schools athletes averaged over 3.0 GPAs academically to each earn 3 pts in the totals so athletically USD wins 11.5 to 3.5!!
And the great news for both schools is that thanks to their fans' contributions along with a contribution by SD Corn, Feeding SD received a check for $100,000 which will provide 300,000 meals to needy SD families which is especially critical given the pandemic. So congrats both schools' athletes, coaches, staffs, fans and administrators and SD Corn for making this happen!!!
