Are there any open scholarships if all these verbals sign? The staff has done an incredible job of locking up the future early.

5 seniors graduate this year: Seekamp, Stewart, McCloud, Hemiller & Hoff. 4 juniors on the roster, 1 sophomore and 4 freshman. Am guessing will try to land a transfer with 2 years eligibility for the 5th open spot to even out the classes a little bit.

Ciara Duffy is a great get for the Lady Yotes!! The Duffy family here in Rapid City are all very talented and athletic! Caitlyn will already have a HUGE impact this season and Ciara will have an immediate impact in 2016-17. Great job Amy and staff with all these recruits!!

Am guessing will try to land a transfer with 2 years eligibility for the 5th open spot to even out the classes a little bit. The fifth spot appears to be taken. Kaitlyn Severyn, from Pierre and formerly SDSU, is now listed on the Yote roster. Should have 3 years eligibility remaining I believe.

I believe we still have 1 more scholarship avaialbe (assuming Severyn received one) as the limit is 15 for women.
Someone who knows the transfer rules here jump in, typically a transfer has to sit out a year. Does she still need to sit out even though she redshirted last year? kind of stinks for her if this is the case, 2 years of practice without reaping the rewards of game minutes! Also, would she still have 4 years of eligibility?

The final spot now appears to be taken by Rylie Jensen, a 5'10" guard from Fremont, NE per Jeremy Hoeck twitter. She had many options, including Wake Forest, Drake, Wyoming, Louisiana Tech and NDSU. Here is an article from the Lincoln Journal Star discussing her recruitment. Rylie Jensen

Great get for the Yotes, and I think she is friends with and has attended basketball camps with MBB target (PG) Triston Simpson, from Lincoln North Star High School, who happens to be visiting Vermilion this weekend.
I noticed a Twitter exchange between the two where Triston congratulated Kylie, to which she said thank you and hopefully you (Triston) join me (Kylie) there. He favorited and retweeted that. I am not 100% sure, but I think Simpson is down to USD and NDSU...
