The roster has not been updated since early this summer, I would expect an updated roster later next week including any number changes and numbers for the freshman.

Don't be surprised if it isn't updated until unlisted players actually enroll, which may not be (almost ) until the fall semester begins.

Would suck to see Carpenter go, I think he led the team in TDs last year. Could it be an academic thing where he can't report until school starts or something? Hasn't that happened before with others?

Could be an injury to Tacari.
He was great last year. BUT as was stated, this is one of few positions we have depth. So if we lose anyone, this is not a bad place for it to be.

OMG that sucks if he is no longer on the team. He was one of it not my favorite receiver last year. If he isn't on the team I am betting Crawford is not red shirting which is my hope either way. Hopefully he is still with the Yotes.

Did this actually happen? Ray Dixon must be with the team. A gal who appears to be his mother has been posting all kinds of stuff about the Yote football practices... that is very encouraging to discover in light of the Carpenter stuff... |

Really hurts for next year too as he was only a junior. I enjoyed watching this kid and agree he was/is a talent that will be missed. I wish him well and hope he finds stability in his life. In my experience however, if someone is not focused enough to stay in a position to help the team, the team is often better with someone else on the field. |

Season rosters sit at approx 110-120 players, with that said, if recruiting and evaluations are sound the departures should be non intrusive... I hope the turnover scenarios help all parties grow and fail fast forward. Season 2 = +2 wins...
