If USD scores this opening drive and plays a strong 3rd qtr they can put this away easy.

This is truly a thing of beauty. The Coyotes have the UND defense worn out. It's not a thing of beauty that they necessarily scored, it's a thing of beauty that they continued to show aggression instead of sitting on a ball which more than ironically lead to a score. When you have a team in trouble you go for the jugular not sit on the ball and hope to hang on in the end. Nielson I love the strategy that you are employing.

5 minutes into the 3rd quarter and the Yotes are already over 100 yards rushing. One poster "bet his house" that the Yotes wouldn't put up 45. I bet he's sweating!

CF, I don't think you'll see USD ever sitting on a lead and milking it with this offense.
You know what makes me happy is watching our lineman beat the crap out of UND. Our O-line is getting 3-4 yards push off the line.

Would like to have that set of downs over. Really had a chance to drive the nail in the coffin there.
D Up!!!

That was a very big stop in the red zone by the D. Holding UND to a field goal keeps things with the Yotes in control. Now come out swinging again on the next possession and put another one in the end zone. One touchdown here would almost put this one on ice.

Now that UND has cut it to 10, I hope USD comes back out in the hurry up offense.

Well the Coyote offense is starting to get a little too predictable and running on first and second down. UND is gonna bring everyone up and this is where guys should be wide open down field. Now the Yotes punt up 10. The offense has carried the day and now the defense needs to pitch in and keep UND from getting any points at all on this drive.

Ok offense, anytime now, let's answer with 6 here.

So UND get the field goal and it's 34-27. So we can do one of two things now. We can run on first and second down and end up in a third and long or we can just come out passing and probably be able to salt the game away. Many people choose to try to run, I choose to try to pass and maybe even try a long pass for a long touchdown. With the way the defense is playing now I say we let the offense try to win this instead.

UND defense is definitely set up for the Yotes to go over the top here.

I like the uptempo, but if we are up a few TDs milk the clock a little.
