Really not sure about a 5-year contract following the big step back we took last year. We saw a new height with Streveler's crazy senior year, but other than that this team has been stuck on the plateau Joe Glenn left us on. Rather disappointing when you consider all of the facility upgrades, investments made, and just how much more talent seems to be on the roster now.
Generally max extensions are reserved for coaches who have put it all together. Herbster must really believe Nielson is going to do that.
