Let me start by saying that I hope I titled this thread correctly. This would be girls in the High School class of 2018. They would sign letters of intent in the fall of 2017 and join the team a year later.
Anyway, I just wanted to share that the Coyotes WBB twitter account just started following Aspen Williston, a 6-4 center from Broken Bow, OK. Definitely a position of need for this team going forward!
Also, since WBB recruiting often goes under the radar, I have found that Coach P uses Twitter very proactively in recruiting, following potential recruits that are juniors, sophomores, and even freshmen. Smart strategy.

Thanks kiyoat! I see that Williston de-committed from Oklahoma State University on January 11 of this year. Interesting. =)

Good catch guys! Keep posting this info... Love to hear about the future of the program!

I did not see any information on this young gal's direction. Is she looking for another P5 school? I am not certain how to see who is in her ear. 6'4" post with some size would be a great addition to any program.

Not sure. I occasionally check out the wbb twitter account for news, but I don't have a twitter account myself. Upon further inspection, the Coyotes' acccount started following Aspen back on January 14 - 3 days after she de-committed from OSU. Could probably learn more from seeing who she is following for schools, but I don't feel comfortable going that far with my twitter stalking....
Even if she isn't interested in USD I think it's great that Coach P is making an effort to connect with these prospects 24-7 and especially making inroads with the underclassmen.

Anyone know if the Aislinn Duffy is being recruited? She's a 6' 1" junior, and just led STM to another state title after their start senior (on her way to play at Utah) got hurt early in the semis. The more Duffy's the better, right?

I don't think it's a sibling, but guessing a cousin maybe?

Yes, a sister. And there is another younger one, too.
Was a freshman this year at New Mexico, only played 6.7 minutes per game, but still averaged 2.8 PPG, shot 56%, 1.8 rebounds, 0.7 blocks. The Lobos went 500 this year, and three players are transfering out.
Hannah was a three-star recruit coming out of High School. #23 post and #131 overall recruit. Highest-rated recruit that year in Mountain West Conference. Recorded 1,000 career rebounds in prep career and the most blocks in the state.
