I am so excited for what Krull may do in a Coyotes uniform. Is she the most exciting recruit ever? If not it has got to be close.

I am so excited for what Krull may do in a Coyotes uniform. Is she the most exciting recruit ever? If not it has got to be close. Most decorated, I'd say yes. But not the only recruit we've had that has turned down P-5 schools. Koupal, Hegge, Seekamp and Duffy had all spurned the advances of P-5 schools, all for different reasons. Possibly Sjerven, too. If Koupal and Hegge had played for high-profile club teams, it would be interesting to see how differently their recruiting would have gone.

Went to watch Kyah Watson play yesterday in game at SF Ogorman. She was in street clothes. Didn't see any brace. RC Stevens is very good team. Look forward to seeing her play at state tournament.

She hurt her knee the night before against Roosevelt, left, came back to the bench with ice on the knee and then re-entered that game in the second half at less than 100 percent.
Heard she headed down to Vermillion the next day to get checked out and then sat out against OG. Hope it’s not too serious.

She hyperextended her knee, according to the local sports broadcaster.

I cannot help but be extremely excited for these recruits. From the eye test this seems to be the best recruiting class ever. Of course we can be as excited as we want about Krull and why not but I am really looking forward to seeing what Morgan Hanson can do. She could be slightly like Ciara Duffy in that she is long, athletic and versatile. Watson just seem like a gamer that will be tough as nails. As long as this class is in the mix the Coyotes will be excellent. They are excellent the way it is but this class may very well not only keep the standard but perhaps set the new standard even higher.

There is an amazing athlete down in the Des Moines area, Grace Larkins (2021 recruit), that is lighting it up this year, averaging 22 pts/game. She is also one of the top track and cross country athletes in the area. The future looks bright indeed.
But first things first, let's celebrate the incredible collection of talent that is currently assembled at USD and help make this a year to remember. Get up to Brookings on Saturday. Make the final home game against UND. Fill the Premier Center with Red. Support these women! Go Yotes!

Kyah Watson just became Rapid City Steven's all time assist leader. She passed Becky Hammond!!! I was watching their final game in which Kyah passed the record, right at the end of the 1st quarter Kyah grabbed a rebound and she pivoted around and threw a pin point pass to an open teammate, with her left hand, 3/4 quarter court for a layup as time ran out. Kyah will be fun to watch as a Coyote!!!

Could be wrong but all signs point to potential transfer....Aspen Williston from Oklahoma...6'4/6'5" off the bench player...notes her move on her bio on both her twitter and on Instagram....has followed several USD WBB players. Played limited her Freshman year due to knee surgery of some sort. Played more her Sophomore year (19 or so games off the bench about 5-6 minutes per). Oklahoma not a great season and appears over the past several years many transfer out. Assuming transfer sit out one year, puts her in class with Ugofsky, Hempe, Guebert, Peplowski (RS). linktwitter.com/aspenmakaylen?lang=en
