I picked every single game for MVFC teams before the season. I had SDSU going undefeated (hardest games at home) That's what I noticed with their schedule too - but I have them losing to NDSU & Ill St. With 2 home losses in this league, suddenly you record looks lousy. |

already a member. (we needed usd tickets) and i'm not a big fan of ndsu teammakers. they are the only remnant of Division 2 at NDSU.
I just think NDSU has so much depth built up over the years, rotating OL & DL are gonna destroy teams all year. Easton Stick is solid, and Dunn/Bruce Anderson is a 1-2 punch that hurts.... and Defense is just too good.

Ill make an official prediction before our game with WIU. For now, although WIU scares me a bit, I think we continue like each of the games we've had so far this year... worried but the boys take care of business. If that doesn't happen, ill certainly be revising my later predictions. I think NDSU is legit n the championship is between us n them and I think anything can happen any 1 game. Obviously their depth is a definite plus as they have the machine built, but if we stay healthy... game on. I'm new to the league but I'm not buying into the SDSU thing. Vermilion n USD just have too much more to offer and I can't imagine any reason they would have got better recruits. Initially, I also think Youngstown is an anomaly. UNI was shaky before they lost coaches this last year and they're toast this year after they have. IL State concerns me. I think they're a good team and a few years ahead of us in development but still consider us even. So all in all, I think we're right there but I think this is going to be one of those special years for USD because it's Strevelors final year and he's out to prove something to the world. I do think our last 3 games are going to be fights but I think our team has shown their metal and Im still standing behind this post. Im not worried about player availability developments from this past week as I feel they're all temporary and proud that our coaches error on the side of caution. Personally, I feel the biggest X factor is everybody all supporting this team as much as we can. Our last home game is sold out so we should be covered at home. LETS GET THOSE BUSSES BOOKED FOR THOSE LAST 2 GAMES!!! I think NDSUs ticket sales for our game go on sale soon. The more I think about it, the more I think we'll win once again. It's a BIG STATEMENT GAME LEFT AND I THINK THIS TEAM FEEDS ON MAKING STATEMENTS!!! Anyways...YES! I do know we have UNI next up first and that game won't be easy either.
