That was a whole lot of fun. Trap game averted. The offense was very precise and defense was excellent as well. The coaching staff has these guys so focused that we just aren't susceptible to trap games. Always focused on the next task and it shows.

I will say one thing about Indiana State...their punter could absolutely crush it. He's basically their MVP. He is also probably why we got over 700 yards but only 56 points. Long fields all day.

Earlier I predicted a subpar crowd and maybe a flat performance by our boys. I'm glad i was wrong, totally wrong. Crowd was actually pretty good and the Yotes completely dominated that game. Good teams crush bad teams when they get the chance, and that's exactly what happened on Saturday. Well done fellas.

Indiana State's punter booted one from his own endzone for a touchback.

Indiana State's punter booted one from his own endzone for a touchback. Watching this guy at the dome was fun. That is not something you say often about a punter...

I will say one thing about Indiana State...their punter could absolutely crush it. Called it. I will now break my arm patting myself on the back.
