Howling Pack picture on Twitter and hourly forecast for Normal has me a little concerned. Going to be 20+ mph winds during the game. We're going to have to be able to run the ball today against a really good run D. Need to be sharp today.

Damn wind sucks today. The Coyotes still need to try to work their normal game. Most of the passes that are less then 20 yards that don't take a high trajectory should still be fine. It's those long ones that will be tough. The Yotes still need to test the Red Birds deep to keep them honest.

It’s windy enough to blow trash around but not windy enough to push anything else around. A well thrown ball should be ok today. Bigger concern will be our kicking game. |

Our coaching staff's familiarity with ISU should really benefit us today. It will be interesting to see what new wrinkles are incorporated into the gameplan this week. I anticipate a tough game determined in the 4th quarter today. Our D really needs to create some turnovers today that result in short field opportunities.

Reminiscent of last year. Can’t stop the run. Rather no one can tackle. We have the wind in the first and we’re already down 14-0. Better figure something out fast.
