I think everyone was more then steamed about that first quarter. Sometimes that is just how things go. It's not necessarily getting into a position of adversity but how you respond to it and I thought the Coyotes responded well. 2 years ago if the Coyotes would have started down 14-0 they would have already been on the bus heading down the highway. The last Red Birds drive for the field goal was lucky. The face mask looked more like the tackler grabbed under the back of his helmet. Not sure if that is considered face mask or not. As long as the Coyotes just keep playing within themselves this game is still very winnable. The Coyotes will get the ball so hopefully the Red Birds take the wind in the 3rd quarter giving the Yotes the advantage in the 4th where they may need it the most. Either way the wind hasn't been helping teams on the scoreboard so far. I will judge this game on what happens in the second half.

Trash PI on Brookes. Sick of always having this crew. . Also,, concerns about keep kicking game still there. Definitely how you lose games in the MV . Has to be a better option.

Their rushing defense is stifling. I just took a look and we have 46 yards on the ground. It’s all in the air today. 240 yards and 2 TDs
