The adversity will focus USD even more. Streveler will come in and not only be healthy but play his best. USD by 10+
USD absolutely smothers the UNI run game and tees off on their immobile QB. The USD offense does its thing in the DakotaDome East.

Per 5Dimes USD 4 point favorites with the over/under at 61.5 USD is going to dig deep and SMASH UNI! I'll agree with the o/u but think it's going to way, way more than a 4.5 point spread. This team is for real if the doubters haven't noticed it yet! USD is a legit contender for the National Title! |

PS I feel confident in Collins at CB. He played some pretty good coverage last weak although I don't think he will be as good on run D. He has a pretty good pedigree as well; his dad played 13 years in the NFL.

Without knowing the status of Adam Harris, we could potentially be down 4 of our top 6 Corners coming into the year when you also factor in Marchalo Judge. We are suddenly quite thin there at the most crucial stretch of our schedule. This is going to put a lot of pressure on our front 4 to get pressure and new guys stepping in to find their roles in our defensive scheme.

Adversity defines character, and I believe this team has as much character as any in the country. They will find a way to get it done, I'm convinced.

Honestly I'm surprised there is a line considering one of the best players in the country is questionable, for lack of a better word, for this game. I'm guessing that they're guessing Streveler starts. Also, when I first saw the line this week it was USD -2.5, so some money has already come in on USD. |

Honestly I'm surprised there is a line considering one of the best players in the country is questionable, for lack of a better word, for this game. I'm guessing that they're guessing Streveler starts. Also, when I first saw the line this week it was USD -2.5, so some money has already come in on USD. On the Midco Sports Show last night Jay Elsen said that Streveler suffered a Stinger injury. I will be surprised if Chris is not our starting quarterback on Saturday. |

Cat is out of the bag....Mick Garry reporting Strev is practicing today and will be good to go on Sat. Pretty sure you would have to lock him up and throw away the key in order to keep him from playing this weekend. Huge inspiration to his teammates.
