Huh? That is another Angela K hack job. Folks want to talk about garbage reporting? She is Exhibit A. What a waste of air. Exactly. She's done this on other stories. She hears a rumor, calls it fact, runs with it, gets told the story is false and is provided facts, continues to believe the first rumor, continues to hound those involved with the rumor even though she has been given proof that the rumor was false. I know of some people involved in a big South Dakota story which she refuses to believe the facts and continues to report false allegations. This is what she does. From an SDSU fan who has no love for USD. Your head coach is a class act. He did the right thing when this issue came to light. Angela will continue to hound him, it won't work. Just accept that she is now on a "mission" and do not expect any fair reporting from KELO. Change the channel, you have two other choices in South Dakota. |

Even if someone did post bail for them for the simple fact so they could stay in school but remain suspended I have no big issue with that.

I guess I wouldn't normally be concerned other than the quote that said "the players can spend their money how they want". does that mean all the other players on the team or those that were in jail. that is a specific quote and not speculation.

Like Jacksfan29 said, Kennecke is a master of using any rumor she can find and running with it. She is also a master of taking quotes completely out of context. She has zero interest in discovering or reporting the truth. Like JF29 said, the best solution is to turn the channel when Kelo News comes on. |

I totally understand that news agencies are in the business to sell stories and you can only take what they say so far. The way it is written may very well be just a bunch of junk and I get that. So is KELO out right lying about that quote. Is there no spokesman or is the spokesman made up to make the story look like it is more then it is.
Is anyone even 1% concerned about this story, more in particular that quote. My philosophy in life is that if you are 100% close minded or 100% certain that something isn't true that is when things tend to bite you in the butt. If you are even a little concerned even if it is not very concerned that is when things end up being nothing.

I about fell out of my chair a few months back when I saw Angela promoting an "Excursion to Cuba". I believe they (KELO) swept it under the rug after news got out that our diplomats stationed there were being subjected to some sort of harmful sonic rays or the like. KELO's actions should be subject to an investigation "to make it right" in my opinion.
After some thought, maybe they should re-book the excursion and send her there.

I’m sure a lot of parents first response is “not my son”... Anyhow my son’s response was “I can’t see them doing that”... I've been forcing myself to not comment in this thread because I want it to die so it isn't a distraction to an absolutely great year...however, I felt I had to comment since our sons comment was the very same, VERBATIM. - TRUTH "I know these guys and no way do I see them doing that..." |

I wonder what this does mean for Harris. Sounds like he's not being charged criminally for anything, but he did have premarital sex, so maybe he will remain suspended. If Rambo snuck his finger in there without her knowing and without her consent then the forcible rape that he's charged with probably doesn't fit, however he probably is looking at Unlawful Sexual Contact, a misdemeanor. That would still be enough to end things for him here. Now obviously we have yet to hear all the details. Maybe it will turn out he used force or threats thereby making him guilty of the rape, maybe it will turn out he felt he had consent. Who knows. From a team perspective it appears the only question still up in the air is what the team is going to do with Harris. As an update to those of you interested in our former players, Rambo plead to exactly what I suggested he might back in October. He plead to a class 1 misdemeanor Unlawful Sexual contact or Sexual contact w/o consent. He got 10 days jail with some more time suspended. Dale Williamson--his cases are still pending Adam Harris--never did get charged with anything
Hopefully we don't have any more of these problems going forward.

That charge may only be a misdemeanor but good luck having that on your record and getting a decent job.
