7PM game Wednesday night. Yotes are favored:
81-44.
The Mavs have had a terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad season so far, and come in with a 6-game losing streak. I don't think the streak will end for them yet. I don't know what the score will be, but this has to be one of the two easiest contests left on the schedule. This or NDSU. The Mavs are currently in danger of missing the SLT, unless they can pull out a couple more wins this season.
Maybe Omaha will fight like a cornered pitbull, who knows? I would put money on a 20+ point Coyote win, though.

I would agree with Kiyoat the ladies need to stay focused and continue to play hard no matter the opponents record. Omaha had what was suppose to be two starters returning that decided to go elsewhere. Now they have underclassmen trying to lead them, which is tough in this league. Coach P. will have them on their game tonight with the defense and the Yotes will win. (score doesn't matter but the W does)

Looks like Brad Newitt will join Jay for the broadcast tonight. No offense to Brad, but... I prefer watching K. Stew to a couple of dudes....
j/k ... kinda

So much for coming out like a cornered pit bull. 50-6 at half. Wow

Geesh. I hope the Yotes put in the rule I use with my 2nd graders: no shooting until everyone has touched the ball once. I feel bad for the Omaha girls. And the Yotes regulars, who essentially only get half (1/3?) a game.

You guys need to stop before Omaha fires their coach. We need her around.

Looks like the Yotes are making a good case for a ranking. Coach P has substituted freely in the 2nd half, and has full-on bench squad in the 4th. So it’s not like they are pushing for stats or anything. Can’t tell bench players not to play hard. Sends the wrong message, and you waste valuable game experience.
Could be far worse.

29-0 after the first quarter? 50-6 at halftime? Does UConn even beat up on their overmatched conference that badly? I don't think I've ever seen a team get shutout in a quarter, and only once can I recall less points in a half.
Final of 78-33 even with the starters averaging just 20 minutes. Wow.

What was the delay at the beginning of the game for?

What was the delay at the beginning of the game for? Pretty sure the officials kept asking Omaha "Are you SURE you want to do this?" That, and the scoreboard wasn't working.

Well that was entertaining...if you're the type of person who likes watching goldfish being fed to piranhas.

The scoreboards we’re not working. Apparently they forgot to fix Omaha's.

When you have a stifling defense holds the opponent to 25% shooting, combined with hot coyote shooting (55% when regulars playing) and throw in 21 assists on 31 field goals you have a game like tonight. Don't forget the 6 blocks and 15 steals. Nice effort from the team tonight. It was a good night to be at the game.
