Nothing wrong with it at all, but he did play more games for USD and is a USD Grad...just sayin'. Be interesting to see in a few years where he's remembered and appreciated more.

He was a lock to be Final Four MVP if Tech would have won the national championship. They've never accomplished anything in basketball so he is probably a huge deal in that fanbase. Contrast that to here where I'm sure there are people who still resent him for leaving, and likely more who would resent him if he didn't find immense success elsewhere.

I think in 10 years ask a Tech fan about Mooney and you'll get a "Who? Oh, yeah, I remember that guy." Ask a USD fan and you'll get, "Oh, yeah, Matt, he was one of our all time greats." He really stepped up and did have a fantastic tourney, but he wasn't Tech's star last season.

The NBA, like the other leagues, is getting hit pretty hard, and some 10 day players are seeing significant minutes. Knicks are playing now against Detroit. Hopefully Matt gets some time on the court.
