Honest to god, I swear some of you would be happier if we had the crap beat out of us. Fixing a problem is a process. I don’t think one game defines any team good or bad, but at least it was a step in the right direction. I’m happy with the win and how we won.

I enjoyed the win. I had fun watching the Yotes today. I want every game to be like that. It's maddening though to see this team live up to its potential on those few occasions. It serves as a reminder of where we should be instead of where we are. If we go to Fargo next week and look completely spiritless I'm just going to think back to this win and wonder why we don't see a motivated team every week.
It's going to take a near perfect performance to win in Fargo but I'll be able to accept any outcome if the team fights with everything they've got until the end.

I think we're justified in wondering why this team doesn't perform like this each week. When they play like this, with passion, and execute, we can beat any team in the FCS.
That's what is so maddening.
This shouldn't be a process, not at this point, we should be well on our way.
It's crazy to think about how this team can lose to the worst team in the conference and then turn around and beat an FCS power. Yes, I actually think we have the firepower to beat NDSU, if we play a perfectly clean game, execute, and play solid defense.

Justified to wonder and question is one thing, demanding Bob be fired is on another level. When something’s broken it is a process to fix. I won’t argue it shouldn’t be a process this deep into the season but that’s the scenario we find ourselves in. Clamoring to fire a Coach is over the top in my opinion..

Clamoring to fire a Coach is over the top in my opinion.. you might be right about clamoring to fire bob. But unfortunately somethings been broken for a long time. We’ve had what, two winning seasons in the last 10 years? Granted Bob has only been here for 4, it’s not like this was a complete overhaul when he took over. Today’s win is Great, let’s build off this momentum going into the final stretch and end on a high note. But it’s not going to settle the sabers, some fans are tired of settling for an occasional win and lost seasons.

Well that was fun!! Wonder how our lockers are and Bo's hands??? Great job by the Yotes!! It was a game similar in dominance to the Indiana State game! Few thought it could happen, fortunately the team believed!!! The key forward now the rest of the year and into the future is to build, continue to learn, improve and be consistent (and still eliminate foolish penalties)!!! GO YOTES!!!

I'm surprised by the negative tone by some posters after a 56-21 win against a team that's had our number and a team that if they won out could possibly be in the playoff yet I understand. As I've said before of all sports I enjoy I'm most passionate about football, so I get the concerns and frustrations. But a couple of points--when a team is struggling it is very difficult to turn that corner quickly to get back on a better track and many teams simply give up, BUT THE YOTES HAVEN'T and that's a credit to the players, coaches and probably especially Bob and the fans that attended or watched yesterday!!
Secondly, when I complained about things not going right when I was younger (decades ago) my mom had a favorite saying "If ifs and buts were candy and nuts oh what a Merry Christmas we'd have". Another way of saying you can't change the past but you can influence or change the future if you don't throw in the towel!! Like most things she said she was right!
Keep clawing, scratching, learning and working Coyotes!!!

Not going to lie - between Yotes (FB, VB, MBB, WBB) and Gophers (FB) wins and rival's losses - it was a pretty fun 24 hours of fandom for me. Treated the kids to celebratory Cherry Berry.

The difference in the way we played this game is it was an aggressive defensive scheme. TJ was sending the D line and linebackers after the QB play after play and kept fresh legs in there. That is what we need going forward. We have to get pressure on the QB’s. Hopefully we see this next game.

Winning is a process, no matter if you’ve won 6 FCS titles (like NDSU) or trying to build a program up to that level. I can tell you from personal experience, having played and coached against them multiple times, that the NDSU program is still in that process of building. Its a yearly thing cuz they never have the same team year to year. It’s an everyday thing and a mind set of expectations that trickles down coach to coach, year to year, and team to team. Programs like theirs DO NOT take it for granted cuz they know it will disappear in a heartbeat if they don’t pay attention to the process of how they go about their business in all facets of life. Expectations are the key and holding EVERYONE accountable to those expectations on and off the field daily. That started back in the 80s for them, but remember they started from a beginning. It wasn’t always the way it is now! Same goes for D3 Mount Union in Ohio. Same model, different level.

Just when I thought we couldn't possibly do anything worse than losing to WIU, we go and do this.....and totally redeem ourselves. Just kidding. But this is a great win when our guys had every reason to pack it in for the year and not come out and play with passion and fire. I agree with a lot of you that it's frustrating to see the inconsistency with this team, seeing them execute and win big only to follow it up with flat uninspired performances. But here is the the thing that gives me hope. We have the ability to beat ANYONE. We couldn't really say that before Bob got here. If we don't beat ourselves, we are a playoff team no doubt. Frustrating yes, but it shows me that the ingredients for success are there. I was starting to question that after the last 3 games.
Big win on Saturday, now lets go to Fargo and get another.
