I am sure you have all kinds of pull put in your two cents worth on what you want. Ha! The only pull I have is pulling your leg. And my two cents are only worth about a half penny.

Here's the Right half of the bracket with RPI ratings of the teams.... (South Region) Host: 56 Georgia Tech vs 302 Alabama A&M------------------- 88 Troy vs 274 NC A&THost: 111 Liberty vs 124 LaSalle----- 100 High Point vs 123 Morehead St(Northeast Region) Host: 69 Bowling Green vs 181 Purdue Fort Wayne-------------- 96 Miami(OH) vs 109 TCUHost: 66 Colgate vs 128 Boston College---------- 71 Tulane vs 185 New HampshireUpdated after 2nd round. Looks like home court makes a difference for most teams, and TCU is likely better than their RPI or record would indicate.

Best average home attendance for NIVC participants: 1. 1667 TCU -----------(#28)2. 1144 South Dakota(#43)* 894, 6073. 1071 Long Beach St -(#47)* 2464. 846 Wyoming --------(#62)* 520, 5595. 786 Bowling Green --(#70)* 402, 3236. 739 Georgia Tech -(#78)* 537, 4027. 613 UT Arlington ----(#88)* 619, 387 8. 498 UNLV ------------(#103)9. 468 Morehead St ----(#116)10. 466 Boise St -------(#117)11. 442 High Point -----(#126)11. 442 Miami(OH)-----(#126)13. 408 Houston -------(#139)14. 405 UTSA ----------(#141)15. 395 Sam Houston St (#143)16. 385 Troy -----------(#151) *=Hosting rounds 1 & 2 updated with eliminated teams and first round attendance.... Updated again with first and second round attendance for these teams. The quarterfinal hosts are in bold. Tulsa is hosting Weber state, but neither team is on this list because they both had season attendance averages that put them in the bottom half of tournament teams. I have no doubt that we will host the semifinal if we win on Tuesday. The final is questionable, though. If Georgia Tech or TCU can draw good crowds for the quarters and semis they could host a final. The NIVC doesn't want an empty gym for the finals. Both P-5 schools left in this tournament have football teams that failed to make a bowl game, so that could help with fan interest.

Personally, I would prefer the final have a P-5 school. A few more eyes on the match, hopefully.

I'm not going to try to take any credit for that, though. I'm basically the equivalent of a person who fills out a feedback card at a restaurant.
The administration deserves the credit for always looking for ways to engage fans, and provide the best opportunities to our amazing student athletes. There are plenty of program s out there that fail to consider all the "little things" that make a difference.

TCU is up on Colgate: 25-17 25-23
Attendance looks to be 500-600 based on their gym capacity (1900) and the fact that it looks 1/4 to 1/3 full. If so, that is about the same as what GA Tech has been drawing. I'd guess they give the semifinal hosting to Tech, all other things being equal. Tech is the higher seed.
Saturday's Attendance at the SCSC could be the difference in hosting a championship, then. Georgia Tech and the Yotes are the unofficial "top seeds" in this tournament, and both were on the bubble and snubbed by the committee. That would be an epic final, assuming we both make it...

Hmm... Colgate vs. TCU... I can only assume that stands for "Tartar Clean Up", a rival brand of toothpaste?
