... I question why she hasn't red-shirted along with Guebert this year? I guess if Dawn keeps recruiting at her current rate might as well get them game time experience... I figured all three freshmen would redshirt this year, but it looks like this group might just be too talented to make them wait. Ugofsky is hard-nosed, opportunistic and smart. Like some have said, she "plays like a fifth Arens sister". I loved seeing her dive for the ball, realizing she wasn't going to get there, then just slapping the ball out through the scrum into the hands of a Yote on the arc. Good awareness. I'm hoping that when we aren't playing for our lives against top-50 teams, we will start to see even more of these games with quality bench minutes. Who knows when we might need them. |
