I know it’s early to start this conversation but it makes for a great topic!😂

I truly expect the spring to be a completely open competition, and wouldn't be surprised to see any one of those guys win the starting role. However, my gut tells me Devin Moore. I think he will be the most dynamic, but I would love to be proven wrong.

Might want to add Carson Camp who is early graduating from HS and will be in the mix this spring.

Have people heard something about Moore? He was eligible to play last year and never once saw the field. I believe he has yet to play a single snap of college football.

I haven’t heard anything but a Freshman at this level making the jump from HS , I would have to say it will be one of the others. I think it’s going to be a battle. What will be interesting is if an FBS QB signs with USD this off season like Strevy did. This would bring the competition to an even higher level.

Moore came here from ISU and was a talented player in HS. I also believe he has had some injuries and just needed a year of good health and recovery.

I don't really have any idea, but voted for Moore because of one practice I saw last year. Quick, smooth motion, and confident.

Tyler Tsagalis “will” be the guy based off the body of work and the understanding of the concepts and RPO game. Moore is an impressive looking, athletic, and strong armed QB, but lacks accuracy and will miss way more throws than he will make. None of the guys are built for all the scripted runs USD has used in the last few years, but are all adequate enough to extend plays when needed. The two new QBs (Hayden and Carson) need a year or two to adjust and get the reps before running this gauntlet.
