17-1 run by NDSU in the last 5 minutes. We are incredibly mediocre.

Are we letting opponents get 20 open 3s per game by design? Because it's not working.

I understand Lee wants to play a veteran squad, but we need our bench players in these games to be able to come in and help out. 0 points off of the bench is concerning to me.

Set play under 30 seconds left coming out of a timeout and we get a desperate charge under the basket. Gigantic missed opportunity.

This whole game was just one big opportunity squandered. So many dumb plays. We had no business throwing this one away.

Wow. What a game. Pretty frustrating but amazing we were even in a position to steal one after we went on such a drought in the first half. Time to move onto the next one

This was such a swing game. A win tonight and a win against the Jacks and things are looking pretty good. Now with the loss, if the Coyotes lose to the Jacks at home any realistic chance of a conference title is pretty much gone. Then just getting into the top half of the conference is tough. That jump hook by Hagedorn looks very painful and not real fluid. No wonder he misses it more often than not.

Almost like he’s not 100%

We certainly blew an opportunity to pick up a tough road win there. Just a really bad final possession on offense and an indescribably horrible blown defensive assignment at the end. Ward just cut to the hoop when he saw no one was guarding him.

Road wins will be tough to come by this year (there are only 3 or 4 so far in SL). But geesh, this one has to sting. A long scoring drought when NDSU started making everything, foul trouble for TP, and the starters playing a ton of minutes (again). I do think we will struggle to finish close games unless we can let the bench get minutes. Yes, there is a drop-off in skill, but Goodrick/Johns can combine for 10-15 minutes, and Chisolm/Armstrong can each get 10-15. (Note - I have no idea if Johns is actually healthy.) Let's play the long game here. Like teamsd, Hags looks like my rickety body running up and down the court sometimes. Let's get fresh legs for the end of the season/SLT.
