Looks like both the NET and Ken Pomeroy like the Jacks men to win from the 2-seed spot. And that's without any knowledge of their "Frost South" home court advantage. They both have the top 4 in the tournament:
2-SDSU 1-NDSU 4-ORU 3-USD

This tournament feels more up for grabs than prior years. Oral Roberts is hot right now and we have experience as well as confidence that we can trade blows with state. Analytics can't pick up on the mental intangibles that can massively impact a conference tournament.

That ORU-UNO game could be a barn burner.
Not excited about playing UND again so soon. Stewart is the type of player who could win a game all by himself.

So what is the injury situation with both USD and SDSU? I feel like that will be a big factor in Back-to-back-to-back games. NDSU is pretty healthy, I think.

I'm not sure apart from the common knowledge that Wilson has been having foot/ankle problems. Him being out/limited could greatly affect state.

The only game I think you can sharpie-in is SDSU's first round game (PFW seems to have stopped putting up a fight). Every other game for the entire tourney is a toss-up.
Here are the odds from KenPom. Those odds are pretty low for the leader - under 35% is the lowest I've noticed for a conf tourney. And there are my (now) boys PFW at 1.5%!!

It would be interesting to see if they posted those odds last year when WIU knocked off the bunnies in the first round as an 8 seed.

I suspect this is even more prominent in tourney situations. Pretty interesting when you think of matchups.
