Not sure I understand this - don't people traveling from SD to KS have to quarantine for 14 days?

I am guessing they will quarantine in SD prior to heading to the Little Apple.

why do they have to do all these tourney's in the Pentagon. It will end up sold out. They should utilize the Premier Center.

Pretty sure this tournament will be at KSU. The “Little Apple” is a nickname for Manhattan, Kansas...

I believe a team is only allowed to play a small number of neutral site games (if any) if that site is also host of a postseason tournament. So your conference rivals don’t want the Dakota showcase playing games at the Premier Center because it’s a competitive advantage to get used to shooting there. Plus, you must remember to host an event at the Premier Center, a promoter must rent the facility from the city of SF. Sanford Health owns the Pentagon and can host an event on their owned property and it doesn’t cost them anything. Plus summit schools gain no advantage over their rivals by playing games there.

I had wondered if USD and maybe the ND schools were on a last-minute-if-we-need-a-team list. Committing to the K-State event seems more likely to happen, though I'm still not sure how the quarantine thing works.

Sure nice to see that the state of South Dakota is a national punchline again.

I can't quite figure out why we have to find out this information from Twitter vs. our athletic department?? I'm referencing the schedule aspects and not the details of quarantine, etc.

Nothing is conventional right now.

Does anyone know if Todd said that AJ and Brady each quarantined for 35 days or combined? I also saw a tweet saying that Boogie Anderson quarantined for 49 days. None with positive tests. Why???

Yes, AJ and Brady have done 35 days each in quarantine. From what I understand Boogie had roommates who tested positive, back-to-back-to-back. So he did 14 days each time someone tested positive.
