Current Standings LINK- So with 21 and 16 points each, Denver and SDSU are locks (as you already said) - With 15 points each, Omaha and USD could be either in or out, because both KC and WIU could tie (15) in points. - If Omaha or USD win or tie either remaining match, they are in (all will be tough opponents). - Omaha is vulnerable to a tie with KC but not WIU, because they lost H2H. Omaha would have to lose both remaining matches + KC beat (not tie) ORU - USD is vulnerable to a tie with WIU but not KC, because they lost H2H. USD would have to lose both remaining matches + WIU beat (not tie) both UND and NDSU

Also: unless I'm mistaken, the seeding of the 4-team playoff is not set yet either. If USD wins out, Omaha beats SDSU, and SDSU beats Denver, The Yotes could still win the regular season title and 1-seed....

I found the tiebreaker procedures on the Summit's old website. Posted in the Summit League Forum for safe keeping.

Congratulations Lady Yotes on earning a conference tournament berth by virtue of your 1-1 tie with Denver in the Mile High city!! As an illustration of how far this Coyote team has come, they previously had lost to Denver 7 straight times.
With soccer if you play great D you can be in every game and the Yotes definitely play great D!!!

Congratulations to the five Lady Yotes who were named to the Summit League all conference teams!! Certainly well deserved!! The Coyote D has the 3rd best defensive save % and 10th best shutout % in the country!!!
The Coyotes play Denver tomorrow in Denver in the first semi-final at 2PM CDT. The game will be streamed live on the Summit League network and is free. I'll try to watch while entertaining our 3 yr old grandson....
Best of luck Ladies!! GO YOTES!!!

Tough loss. Hard fought game. I will admit I don't understand soccer but I enjoyed watching it. It seemed like there was some discrepancy in something that happened at the end of the shootout. Anyone care to elaborate what the discussion was for?

Denver wins 4-2 in PKs after 2 OTs.

Great season ladies!!!

It was probably a ref discussion as to whether the Denver goalie came forward before the ball was kicked since the Coyote shot was off the post and out.
If she had the Yotes would have gotten to kick again.

Goalkeeper can move on the line either direction before the ball is kicked but not forward.

Apparently the broadcaster was being jerk. Was anyone watching?

That seems to be the norm for contests played at Denver. I remember Craig Smith being irate after a basketball broadcast there a few years back. Other conference schools have commented on it too.
