Just starting the new thread. Looks like we play Missouri in an in-seeded first round. The winner plays #9-seed Ohio State.
In volleyball they only seed the top 16 teams, so a 9-seed is literally the 9th best team in the tournament. (Equivalent of a 3-seed in Basketball)
adding the match day tweet to the OP:

Hard to know what to expect in the tournament. Per the interview with the head of the selection committee on the ESPNU selection show, Missouri was one of the last 4 teams in. Massey Ratings has Missouri at #29 & the Yotes at #77. VolleyballMag.com is a pretty good source for college volleyball news.

Massey gives us a 15% chance of winning, with a typical set score of 3-1. I think with the reduced field, we got a relatively favorable matchup, rankings-wise. I don’t know how we “match-up” with them from an Xs and Os standpoint.

It’s as good as we were gonna get. Not to be a broken record here BUT if we pass the ball better than average, I like our chances. Our outsides are better than Mizzou. I’d give the advantage to Mizzou in the middle and right side. Setters are a draw.
Go Lo Lo. And just keep going
I’d give the advantage to us on coaching.

Daniel Gillman, voice of Purdue Volleyball, is doing a series of YouTube interviews with local reporters for all 48 Tournament teams. Pretty cool. So far he has just done one video on the top 4 seeds, but eventually he will get to us and Missouri, so keep an eye out. Here is his first vid:

Their analysis of our match is spot on in my opinion. I feel like they want to come out and say Missouri but they both watched our championship match ( or part of it ) and there’s something about USD that gives them hesitation in fully endorsing the Tigers.
That’s why I say IF WE PASS THE BALL above average, we have better than a punchers chance to pull this off. My hope is we come out guns loaded, with a what the hell attitude, and punch Mizzou in the mouth and then see what happens. Momentum in volleyball has wide swings. If we can narrow the depth of momentum of Missouri and not let them get 5-8 point runs, then we have a match. Come out playing with nothing to lose and see what happens.
I will tell you they will come after Juhnke with everything they have and if she can hold her own then I think we will win. If she doesn’t we’re probably in trouble.
Prediction: USD 3 MIZZOU 1

Having watched every single Yote VB match Madison Jurgen has played, in my opinion, her play and decision making will be key to how the Yotes will fare. It will be vital to identify what the defense is giving you and take it.

Looks like Missouri has had four players enter the transfer portal over the last three months. Two were grad transfers, but four transfers out is a relatively large number in volleyball. I don't have any inside information on what is going on there, but it is interesting.

Also this: (Kelly Sheffield is the HC of #1-seed Wisconsin) When it comes to women's sports, it feels like the NCAA needs to do a major overhaul on leadership, vision, marketing, tournaments. Basically all of it. Not having locker rooms is beyond ridiculous - that immediately disqualifies that location as an option. Omaha has several places to play that already house college VB. Then they decide to not have announcers for the first two rounds? What the...

I get the feeling that right now with the big financial hit they took from Covid, the NCAA is trying to "go cheap" on every sport they can get away with doing so. They are banking on (pun intended) a lack of pushback in lower-profile sports. Hopefully coaches with clout will speak out.

Also this: (Kelly Sheffield is the HC of #1-seed Wisconsin) I can confirm there will be no announcer/broadcast crews on location for at least the first 2 rounds. I know the radio crew will be watching on a screen in Vermillion and broadcasting from there. It's possible the tweet meant there won't be any broadcast crew in person at the tournament but the ESPN "analysts" will be off-site adding commentary from there. Similar to what we saw during football where the announcers were clearly not at the stadium and had done little to no prep work prior to the broadcast.
