I see the new roster is posted online. Going to be a crowded sideline with 5 new recruits and only 3 leaving from last year. (Weideman and Adams graduating and another not listed on this years roster). LOTS of seniors. 8 I counted. Senior day will be busy. Ill be at the awards banquet next weekend. It'll be nice to see how Elizabeths rehab is going. Also to see if I can find out the spring dates and opponents. Thanks for the heads up! Yes, it looks like our only attrition was Freshman Alexis Moses, who redshirted this year. She transferred to Upper Iowa U. Alaina Wolf was moved up from Junior to Senior status. I assume that means we don't plan on having her play her Covid year of elligibility here. She could still grad transfer after next season if she chooses, I'm sure. They are probably looking at the limited scholarship numbers, and had to ask some players to either switch to walk-on, move up eligibility or transfer? This is a tough situation for a sport like volleyball. The NCAA ought to allow more total scholarships, or give more flexibility to give more players partials, like D-II and NAIA can do. As it is now, we will have 20 girls on the 2023 roster with a 15-scholarship limit. So at least 5 girls will be walking on. Tough business! I'll update the recruiting "matrix"...

Actually I’ll correct myself: the scholarship limit is 12 in volleyball. So eight will be walk ons next year, unless we have more attrition

Part of the reason for the 20 count.....there are 3 taking their covid year.
