Per Twitter we have offered Karst Hunter. He was at d2 Colorado Mesa, and before at SDSU. I know we have Bouman, but these two are different style of players. Hunter is a legit running threat and athlete who can also throw the ball. Bouman is pretty stout and one dimensional. I hope we do whatever we can to get Karst. We need more SD kids on the roster, and one at QB might help us get more SD kids.

We’ve been pursuing more mobile quarterbacks since our new OC arrived. I think he has a type. It will be interesting to watch how he utilizes Bouman.

We need more SD kids on the roster, and one at QB might help us get more SD kids. We lose 90% of the in state recruiting battles to state. Not because there are more SD kids on their roster, but because they are consistently a top 10 team in the country. I don't care if they're from Yankton or Tampa, get kids that will win ball games. |
