Was a good chance to give back up players extended time. Very good ball movement and the Yotes proved they can shoot the 3!

Was a good chance to give back up players extended time. Very good ball movement and the Yotes proved they can shoot the 3! Brostrum and Carcoana can both hit from the arc, but I’m less than impressed with their post play. Is boxing out not a thing in FIBA?

I didn't realize that Carcoana was a threat from the arc. 3-3? He always looks a little awkward out there but that's impressive, regardless of the competition.

Brostrum isn't really a post player either; more of a wing. Fair enough. I assume Coach Pete will instill that GATA mentality in all his players (The two I mentioned have been with the team for the least amount of time due to the international season over the summer). Maybe I should have said "play in the post" rather than "post play", meaning; playing under the basket. Aside from not boxing out and aggressively rebounding or defending put-backs (aside from Hayes), we actually missed a ton of bunnies in this game, too. Lots of things to work on, as should be expected, I suppose.
