I can't find any reference as to where she is going, but with the success of the program through her 2016-2022 stint on the staff is a good resume, one would think...

New Asst Coach hired: Abby Saehler
Wingate is where Shelly played, too. Guessing they knew each other?

Not only did some of their time at Wingate overlap, they are both from Iowa City. I would say they definitely know each other.

OK, this is interesting: Another new assistant coach? This represents an enlargement of the staff. I have no idea what is allowed as far as staff in D-1 VB, but I'm thrilled that there will be another coach with some D-1 and club experience on the sideline! KLOTTHOR NAMED ASSISTANT VOLLEYBALL COACH

So I'm pretty sure that in D-1 VB you are restricted to three paid and one volunteer coach on the sidelines, actively coaching the players. And you are restricted to three coaches recruiting. You can have as many paid staff as you want, but those are the limits for coaching and recruiting. Here is our current staff:
Leanne W - Head Coach Michael R - Associate HC Abby H - Assistant Coach Noah K - Assistant Coach Brianna L - Grad Asst
So my assumption is that either Noah or Abby is a "volunteer" coach, and Brianna would function more as a DVO, not directly coaching or recruiting? seems right. I have yet to see Abby involved in recruiting (not that I see everything, just based on Twitter stuff), but maybe we will see Noah more involved on that end?

I'll correct myself: apparently as of July 1 last year, the "volunteer coach" position in every sport changed to an additional paid coach in all sports. So USD is allowed to have 4 paid coaches in VB! Interesting to see if other Summit teams are doing the same or not.
