We have to be pretty pleased with the direction of this team. It is likely we will continue to see some bumps in the road in terms of uneven performances, but they are making nice progress. I feel like they are starting to get a better feel for everyone's role and playing together. Starting to look like a more confident group as well. They definitely seem to be more comfortable at home still.

I thought the guards' collective defensive effort on Borowicz was really quite good as well. She visibly wore down in the second half and had a hard time getting anything over the front of the rim. You never know all what goes into an off night for anybody but I thought Guebert, Larkins and Avila-Ambrosi were all pretty dang good last night on that end for the most part.
