Actually, Indiana State is a much improved team this year. They are actually close to the top of the MVFC, which is a knock on the MVFC I feel. You can't just have a team like that rise to the top so easily. In what other conference can that happen? This shows that the BSC is a tougher football conference I feel.

I think the MVFC is a well balanced conference but doesn't have any elite teams this year. It seems like most of the power in the FCS this year is out east. The Big Sky has a few good and ranked teams. There are 2 or 3 not so good programs either. I can't really say one conference is way better than the other. Arguments can be made both ways.

I'd have to say the MVFC is well balanced this year. There are some pretty good teams in that conference, remember, we are 0-2 against the MVFC this season. I'd agree the power appears to be out east this year. The great thing about FCS is we get to find out in the playoffs where the power lies.

For some reason I reviewed to MVFC website this morning. The records of the home teams in conference play this year is 19 & 6.

This is a funny thread, have you guys ever beat a Valley team? Yet you consider Indiana St with one of the Premier Running Backs in Shakir Bell and DE Ben Obeseki to be a bad sign for the Valley? You really think its bad when 6 of the 9 teams spent weeks in the Top 25 and GPI, 2 of which were 1-5 all season. LOL you will be at the bottom of the conferene next year then we can revive this thread
