Need a smack thread for this game.
Thought we could help the bunnies with some excuses to get ready for the loss they are about to experience:
* We are better playing in mud
* Terry Vandrovec's constant coverage puts too much pressure on our team.
* Indoor plumbing confused our players at halftime and everyone was "holding it"
* the SDSU program was exhausted after kissing NDSU's ass every day and lacked any more energy to play
* harvest is over and everyone knows that farmers are done working for several months
* with the snow this week we couldn't practice, just wait until our new indoor practice facility is done....
* Pay no attention to the loss, did you know Nate Wolters is in the NBA!
* Stig was telling us to be 1-0 and that was mathematically impossible since going into the game we were 6-4.

* Pre-game motivational was done by Stu, Terry and Argus Leader, their playoff possibilities calculation on the white board covered up our game plan.
* We were self-conscious because we brought our Blue jock straps with our Yellow uniforms.
* Our band is used to alignment on a cornfield, they did their whole half-time routine inside our locker room.
* We thought the Corn Showdown was about growing corn, we loaded up our playbook with **** (fertilizer).

A few more excuses rolling out of Brookings:
* Lack of fans' support, they've been busy following the Mens and Women's BB winning streaks.
* Long travel got us into Vermillion late, we were told it was Rivalry Week so we headed to Fargo. NDSU told us to get out of town, their only rival is Alabama.
* President Obama told us if we like our playoff plan we can keep it.

A few more excuses rolling out of Brookings: * Long travel got us into Vermillion late, we were told it was Rivalry Week so we headed to Fargo. NDSU told us to get out of town, their only rival is Alabama. Lol |
