The Summit League and Sioux Falls Sports Authority have exercised the option years of their long-term agreement that will keep The Summit League Basketball Championships in Sioux Falls through 2022. The five-year option from 2018-2022 was part of the original contract announced in Oct. 2012

That's awesome. We are so fortunate to have this event in our area and I'm sure the league office is just as thankful that the event has had such support in Sioux Falls. Great to hear we have this locked up for years to come.

Expected news but awesome news. For sure good for the Coyotes. The Premier Center is a great new facility and for a 10,000 seat venue has an intimate feel. I watch quite a bit of hockey in there and love going there every time I have been there. First class for sure. Wow how Coyote basketball fans will be spoiled. A brand spankin new area next year to play in only to advance to the conference tourney in another very nice arena. It's a very good time to be a Coyote Men's and Women's basketball fan.
