51-34 at half for the Rebels. Go figure that they hit a three at the buzzer of halftime. That is just the way it has been. 62% shooting for the half and 9-15 from three for the Las Vegasers. That is definitely not the formula that the Yotes were looking for. Even without the shooting success the Rebels are just too long blocking many shots and interfering with passing lanes. No Summit team is beating this team the way they are playing so far. Illinois played their best half of basketball of the season against the Yotes and now UNLV is playing awesome as well. It's difficult to really judge this team so far tonight. I am meh about seeing Flack back in the lineup. I kind of wish he would just stay invisible instead of messing with the team chemistry. Maybe that is insensitive but how long until he goes out with another 6 month injury. He is much more hype than production. Who knows maybe I will change my mind about him but that would force him to play at least 2 months of injury free basketball.
I am sure the Coyotes won't stop fighting but if they decide to pack their suitcases for home a bit early in this one I can understand.

15-2 UNLV. It's already over. Just go away if you're going to give up on a team within the first 4 minutes. Just being realistic. The chances of the Coyotes winning a game being over matched as they are against UNLV are not good at 0-0 but the odds are very long against the Coyotes winning after that type of start. Of course the game goes on and will not be called off but I am just being realistic.

Be a fan once in a while.

This game was never likely to be a victory tonight. I have not given up on the game but the Coyotes are just not a good match up to UNLV.

I am 95% positive of this program but of course everyone is gonna pick apart the other 5%. That is not surprising.

Lets keep this thread about the basketball game not about the posters posting about the basketball game.

Flack hasn't played in a game in what, 21 months? You want him to ride the bench because he hasn't hustled to your satisfaction in his first 15 minutes of playing time? As I recall (I go to all home games and many away) he was one of the most athletic big men I have ever seen in a Coyote uniform. Iam excited to see what he can add to this team. Give him a chance!

This is one of those games where ya just thrown the film in the garbage can and forget about it. Not alot can be learned about a game like this and no sense harping on it either. It's just one of those days where the better team plays a great game on their home court. The good thing is that this game only counts as one in the L column. No Summit team is likely to play this good on their home court against the Coyotes. There will be much better days, Much, Much better days.

Lets just drop the Flack thing already. The fact that he hasn't played in 21 months is part of my argument. I think he could have gotten back to playing sooner but that is just my uninformed opinion. It's pointless to argue about it. We will all have our own opinions.

Well the Jacks lost at Weber State tonight so I would say losing to UNLV isn't so bad in comparison.

The results of the SDSU - Weber St game has zero bearing on the Yotes performance tonight. But since you bought it up, SDSU played without 2 of their starters tonight as Marshall & Bittle are both out with injuries.
