Ugly game! Looks like our plan on the 3 point defense is to let them take all the 3s they want and Hope they miss! Don't think that will work well very often.
Was Great though to see Tyler Flack back out on the floor!!

[] I question his heart. That is my opinion but that doesn't make me not a fan of the Coyotes. . [/quote]
To be honest, I don't necessarily disagree with you on this one. I heard he was cleared to play a long time ago. I have to wonder if he wasn't told ... um you need to actually suit up and play to maintain your scholarship. I expect him to be rusty not playing in a long time. But I was disappointed he didn't start playing several games ago. When he didn't play in the Minnesota game I was shocked. You take a kid like Casey and he would find a way to play with two broken arms and legs. Now that kid has heart.

The results of the SDSU - Weber St game has zero bearing on the Yotes performance tonight. But since you bought it up, SDSU played without 2 of their starters tonight as Marshall & Bittle are both out with injuries. But aren't they the pre determined champs of the Summit League. Regardless of the two injuries they should have still been able to win. Take away Frost and it takes away quite a bit of their success with it. There is no question between the two programs who is the better home team but a major argument can be made that the Coyotes are the better road team. I first judge how a team plays on the road, than on a neutral court and lastly how they play at home. The Coyotes won their two tough Big Sky games including at Sacramento State who is very tough on their home floor. The Jacks are obviously a good program but they do rely alot on outside shooting and teams that rely on outside shooting can be streaky. The thing I like about the Yotes is that they are good at getting to the rim and I like teams like that. I also like good three point shooting teams as well but I like the balance that they Yotes display.

You can never have too much depth. Nice to see Flack out there. I would guess it wasn't merely Tyler telling Coach Smith, "Hey I think I'll play tonight." My GUESS is that the plan for him has been to try to get him out there by the start of conference play. I have no problem with this being his first game back, and I look forward to any solid minutes he can contribute this year. Yote front line is looking deep for conference play.
