So far it's bombs away for Fort Wayne like they like to do. In a game where defense does not appear to be a priority for either team so far. 40-30 Elephants in a game with alot of quick scoring. 52% for the Yotes and 50% for Fort Wayne so far. 2:46 to go in the half. IPFW on a 10-0 run.

IPFW ended the half on a 17-4 run and they lead 47-33. It seemed like the Dons were getting open looks most of the half but I can't say for sure since I wasn't watching.

Wow 60-39 IPFW. The Coyotes haven't shown up tonight so far. This is exactly why the IUPUI game was so disappointing. The Coyotes could have more afforded a bad game tonight with a win in that one. Now it looks like a 1-2 start to the league and a game against Omaha that the Yotes need to show up for.

70-45 IPFW. Well the Coyotes have about a 1 in 500 shot to pull this one off. Two out of the three conference games now very poor performances. 29-16 are the rebounds and IPFW is shooting 58%.

85-65 final which makes the game seem a little closer than it could have been. IPFW was up by 27 at one point. Time to do a little soul searching on the way home from this one. The biggest problem with this team is the consistency factor which seems to be developing into a fairly big problem. At least the Yotes have 2 of the toughest road games behind them. Some teams are yet to even play on the road yet.

Gosh what a night in Fort Wayne. The radio can't even make it through the post game interview with coach Smith. 3 times in the interview alone the radio cut out missing a good portion of Smith's comments. Can we hit the reset button back to 6:00 and try this all again. LOL

Flack with 9 rebounds, 3 blocks and 8 points in 10 minutes of work? Great to see him playing. Hopefully fully healthy in a couple weeks and get his minutes up. McClelland playing well lately, but free throws seem to still be an issue. Not sure defending the three was the issue with this game. It was rebounding. And if I'm not mistaken IPFW wasn't supposed to be a great rebounding team.

I often wonder if free throw shooting is coached. Some players (both men and women) don't shoot a good percentage and don't seem to have a good form yet the form never changes. I know free throws are a lot mental too but seems like a coaching opportunity....
