Hello Everyone -
I am new to this board. My daughter will be attending USD this fall and will be a member of the track and field team, so I figured it was time to join a Yote forum.
My question is about your women's basketball team. Have you had many players with significant injuries this season? Or last season? By significant I would say enough that they had to sit out at least 2 games.

No major injuries. I think the only player to miss time in the last 2 years was Duffy this year and she only missed 3.

Oh no, sorry, no jinx intended. I follow Nebraska Women's basketball and they have had a ridiculous time with injured players the past few years. Someone asked the question about what USD and SDSU are doing that they have had some success and one of the things I thought of was our injury situation and how it plays into not being able to develop depth like one would hope for a D1 program. I noticed the Yotes have several players that average over 10 minutes per game but no one has averaged over 30. Seems like the Yotes have some quality depth. Really wish the Huskers could figure out what the problem is and not have to play some players 35+ minutes.
