Women are playing Mt Marty! and how about a toast to Tom Douple while we are at it for him doing nothing to try to preserve the conference. IUPUI's absense basically equals 4 crap games combined men and women for the loss of the Jaguars on the schedule. With UND coming in and IPFW probably going out if nothing else changes it will be the same senario next year. Crickets from the Summit League Office on a solution to this growing problem. There is one winner and that is Mount Marty and other like schools.

Not sure what finishing touch has held up the schedule. Midco gave their info on the USD BBall package to advertisers this week, 15 home games will be broadcast on MidcoSN.

First regular season game we've had on ESPN? I know we got FS1 against Creighton, so wouldn't be the first nationally broadcast regular season game.

I wasn't a season ticket holder for MBB last year (will be this year). Have those of you who had season tix last year heard anything about timing of schedule/tickets?

I can't believe the schedule isn't out yet. We've probably got all but 1 or 2 games listed in this thread already. Tickets usually go out like two weeks before the season starts.

Here are the double headers if anyone is interested.
Dec 21st (thur) - Women vs North Dakota & Men vs Northland College - who is a D3 college - their men literally call themselves Jack (not sure if Jacks or not) and the Women call themselves Jill (not sure if they call themselves the Jills or not) I wish this was a more competitive game to make a trip more worthwhile. Game times have not been announced but it is a thursday.
Dec 30th (sat) - Women and Men vs Denver - The Women play at 1PM and the Men have not been announced as of yet. I am assuming it would be right after the women's game.
Feb 17th (sat) - Women vs Oral Roberts & Men vs Omaha - 1PM and 3:30PM with the women first.
This is kind of a dry schedule for double headers and the Summit League can be blamed for much of this problem. The league is short on teams and short on schedule makers that make sense. If the SCSC wants the biggest crowds possible the double headers are a good way to do that. I feel that both teams can and should be very good but it is much more desirable to come to Vermillion for 2 vs just 1 game.
