Well if he does end up being a Coyote, coach Glenn would be a great option for Wegher. Lately it seems some of these Sioux City kids have a hard time adjusting to college life. Maybe Wegher has learened his lifes lesson the hard way and has learned from it. Everyone deserves a second chance.

If he played pro in Canada, how can he have any eligibility? It would be cool, but I don't think dad is correct.

His father - the one that played FB at SDSU- played a year in the CFL, not Brandon.

The more interesting part is what little brother is doing. Seems to me pops didn't learn from the mistakes of the older son. Sports is not the most important thing in life. Kids need balance in order to put things in perspective. Shipping the kid off to this sports academy doesn't seem like a balanced life to me. It's not like this kid wasn't going to get an opportunity if he stayed at Heelan. He was already on the radar of every D1 school in the midwest.
It's his family he can do what he wants. I just see it as a mistake.
As for Brandon, he's been out of the game too long. It will be very difficult to get back into football mode. I wish him luck but I don't want to see the Coyotes spend time on a reclamation project, there is enough work to do with the program.

Yes, same place.
Let's not start the Wegher rumors again. Not someone Joe Glenn would bring aboard.

I am more interested in Megan Glisar bringing her high jump skills to the women's T&F team. Defending NAIA champion and an immediate contender for the top spot at the Summit indoor and outdoor meet!
