Ladies took down Utah State at the Dome tonight, another great win over a MWC team. Many, many missed free throws and three pointers plagued us, and we still ran away with the game in the second half. When we put a full game together we are going to be frightening.

123... I agree completely with your analysis! Against very good teams the missed 3s and FTs would have cost us the game. Don't be satisfied Lady Yotes with those numbers just because you won! There's an old saying in sports "that you're never as good as you think you are when you win or as bad as you think you are when you lose". Keep working hard to continue to get better!!

I thought we played pretty good defense against the 8th highest scoring team in the nation. Free throw shooting definitely has to improve before the conference action begins.

Seekamp looked like the Summitt League Tourney MVP last night. It really it the first time this season where she has taken over a game. She has been good this year but not overly impressive. Her play in the second half was awesome. I hope that was the springboard for a MVP type season for her.
